Responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
- Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Coordinates communications, escalates and facilitates the resolution of risks, issues and changes.
- Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
- Work closely with the product owner to understand requirements and scope work.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best of breed technology, patterns, and methodologies.
- Nurture a culture of team excellence with openness, transparency, and close collaboration.
Qualifications
- Having 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in software/cloud applications.
- Certified Scrum Master
- Have a good understanding of various aspects of software development processes and procedures
- Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships
- Experienced using Azure DevOps.
- Some background and experience in using .NET, React and SQL technology preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
- Any prior software development or testing experience (Front-end, Back-end and embedded system) is a plus.
